Maximilian Wirth advises domestic and international clients on complex finance transactions as well as financial restructuring and insolvency scenarios.

His main focus is on advising banks, financial institutions, corporations, investors and alternative creditors regarding national and international financing transactions in the areas of reals estate finance, asset finance and the enforcement of security. Against this background, he also advises clients on complex financial restructuring and insolvency related transactions.

Maximilian spent several months in our London office gaining experience in a foreign jurisdiction.

He has published several articles on German restructuring law topics.
