MENA Arbitration Survey

We are pleased to introduce the second edition of our MENA Arbitration Survey.

This survey is a collaboration between Hogan Lovells and Middlesex University Dubai. The primary goal of this survey is to gather valuable insights into the current landscape of arbitration practices in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The focus of this survey is on commercial arbitral practices.
