Our Munich based M&A partner Nikolas Zirngibl is heading our German Corporate & Finance Practice as well as our German M&A Practice. He is also a member of the Hogan Lovells global M&A leadership team as well as the global automotive sector group leadership team.

Nikolas has more than 20 years of experience as M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital lawyer. In recent years, he has advised clients in the automotive, chemicals and technology industry on various complex cross-border and joint venture transactions. Nikolas and his team are known for the collaborative and pragmatic approach to get deals done.

Nikolas is also known for his expertise with global restructuring and reorganization projects. Nikolas’ team has led various global projects coordinating reorganization transactions in more than 75 jurisdictions.
