Catalyst for strategic investment: Hogan Lovells advises Limehome on €75 million investment by Cheyne Strategic Value Credit

Led by Munich counsel Thiemo Woertge, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Limehome GmbH on a €75 million strategic investment by asset manager Cheyne Strategic Value Credit.

The investment combines growth financing with an equity stake and provides Europe's leading digital hospitality operator Limehome with the financial basis for its next phase of scaling and for further projects in highly competitive markets.

Hogan Lovells advised Limehome on all legal issues relating to the equity portion of the investment. The team has many years of experience in advising on equity and debt financing as well as hybrid financing structures, particularly in the area of growth-oriented companies.
