Jasper advises national and international clients on Intellectual Property (IP) and digital regulatory matters. His work focuses on the emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data economy, particularly IP law issues related to AI, as well as regulatory questions arising from new legislation, such as the EU AI Act, EU Data Act, and the EU Digital Services Act.

In addition to providing legal advice concerning IP, AI, and data regulation questions, he regularly lectures and publishes on legal issues related to AI. He wrote his Ph.D. thesis about the protection of AI systems through trade secret law. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he worked as a lawyer for an international law firm in Berlin.
