Sophia Norda advises national and international clients, primarily from the automotive, consumer goods and technology sectors as a member of our Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation (SOAR) practice group. Her work focusses on product-related regulatory issues as well as national and international contract, trade, and distribution law.
In addition to general questions regarding European market access requirements and other product-related regulatory obligations, Sophia Norda provides advice in the environmental/ESG area along with the associated risks and duties. This includes e.g. analysing market access and market behaviour regulations, developing any necessary appropriate corrective measures, and defending clients in regulatory proceedings or against competitors. Furthermore, she drafts, revises, and reviews commercial contracts of all kinds throughout the entire supply chain and value creation process.
Sophia Norda has been working in our practice group since her legal traineeship and has thus already gained experience in these areas.
