Lisa is a partner in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) team with extensive experience advising on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects across emerging markets, including Africa, Asia, and The Middle East. She has particular experience in Africa and has acted on some of the region’s most significant energy and infrastructure transactions.

Lisa advises sponsors and lenders on complex project financings involving commercial banks, development finance institutions (DFIs), export credit agencies (ECAs), and the World Bank. Lisa also advises on a range of other energy finance structures, including prepayments and corporate financings.

A trusted adviser on large-scale, cross-border projects, Lisa has supported clients on transactions that advance energy transition and sustainable infrastructure goals.

Sponsors in connection with the Lobito Railway Corridor project in Angola and DRC.*

Sponsors on the US$20bn Mozambique LNG Project, an integrated upstream and midstream gas and LNG project in Mozambique financed by ECAs, AfDB and commercial lenders.*

EDF, International Finance Corporation, and Government of Cameroon on the project financing of the Nachtigal hydroelectric project (420 MW) in Cameroon.*

Vitol SA on its interest in the Sankofa US$7bn oil and gas project in Ghana.*

Marubeni, JGC Corporation, and Al-Jomaih in connection with the project financing of three greenfield industrial steam and electric cogeneration plants in the KSA.*

KoBold Metals, a California-based exploration firm developing a copper mine in Zambia, on its US$150million Mingomba Deposit investment.*
