Hogan Lovells has advised the Finance parties (La Banque Postale, BNP Paribas, BNP Paribas Asset Management, and La Banque Postale Asset Management) in connection with the Greenfield financing of the construction of two battery storage projects in France by Acacia, with a total capacity of 200 MW / 400 MWh.

Founded in 2022, Acacia is an independent French platform specializing in the development, financing, construction, and operation of electricity storage projects and grid connection infrastructure, supporting the energy transition.
