Hogan Lovells advises banks on the placement of Mortgage Pfandbrief of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse Aktiengesellschaft

The Frankfurt capital markets team led by partner Dr. Jochen Seitz, has advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main (Lead Manager), Erste Group Bank AG, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale sowie Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale - on the placement of a Mortgage Pfandbrief of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse Aktiengesellschaft with an issue volume of EUR 500 million.

The Mortgage Pfandbrief with a term of 7 years and an interest rate of 2.750 per cent. was successfully placed on 25 June 2025 and admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange in Stuttgart.

The transaction is one of several transactions of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse Aktiengesellschaft that the Hogan Lovells team on the side of the banks has advised on.
