Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Farmacosmo S.p.A. – a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan – and founder Andrea Bianchi on the sale of a 55% stake in the share capital of Baubau S.r.l. to Pet Being S.r.l. – a company controlled by Nicolò Galante.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Paola Barometro and included associate Edoardo Pea and trainee Giulia Golino.
