CEO Miguel Zaldivar featured in The Lawyer’s Hot 100

The Hot 100 is an annual list celebrating the most impactful, innovative, and influential lawyers whose work is making a significant impact right now.

Miguel was recognized for his leadership during one of the most significant periods of strategic transformation in the firm’s history. The Lawyer notes that since becoming CEO in 2020, Miguel has set out clear hubs for the firm's growth and strengthened the firm's position as a global leader advising clients operating across key G20 economies, including investments in New York, France, Italy, Spain, and the Asia-Pacific region over the past year.

In 2025, the firm announced its intent to combine with Cadwalader, a premier Wall Street institution, in a landmark move set to create the world's fifth largest firm by revenue, with more than US$3.6 billion in combined revenues and over 3,100 lawyers in pre-eminent markets across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
