Navpreet Moonga is a dual‑qualified (Solicitor in England & Wales, and Registered Attorney in New York and Washington, DC) Senior Associate in the London office of Hogan Lovells, where her practice focuses on international trade issues, investigations and cross‑border compliance.

Her work spans the full spectrum of international trade issues, including economic sanctions, forced labour regulations, export controls, trade remedies and customs and import matters such as Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification and country‑of‑origin determinations. She has significant experience engaging with UK and U.S. government agencies and conducting both internal and government‑led investigations. Navpreet regularly advises clients on complex compliance challenges and develops internal compliance programs for companies across a wide range of industry sectors.

She also frequently counsels clients on the UK’s National Security and Investment Act and other foreign direct investment regimes.

Navpreet’s commitment to pro bono work has been recognized through her inclusion on the Capital Pro Bono High Honor Roll, an initiative sponsored by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

From 2015-2016, Navpreet served as a Teaching Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center, focusing on advocacy in Investment Treaty Arbitration.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Navpreet practiced at a reputable international law firms in Washington, DC, and London.
