Thomas Kim is head of the Investment Funds practice in our Singapore office, and specialises in the formation of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital funds for asset managers. He brings extensive experience advising sovereign wealth funds, multilateral development banks, and insurance companies on complex private fund investments. Thomas is highly sought-after for his expertise in secondary transactions, co-GP arrangements, and carried interest structuring. As a recognised market leader in blended finance funds, he regularly represents both GPs and LPs in funds dedicated to impact and sustainable investments.
