He supports clients in managing complex disputes across a broad spectrum of industries, including insurance, automotive, energy and natural resources, both before state courts and in arbitration. His work spans all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy to courtroom advocacy, with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound solutions.
He first joined Hogan Lovells as a pre-graduation intern and returned to the firm after earning his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Trento. During his studies, he also spent a semester at Queen’s University Belfast, gaining valuable international exposure and deepening his understanding of comparative legal systems.
Assistance to a global insurance company on a series of cross-border litigations related to more than 200 policies for alleged misselling and connected indemnification claims against intermediaries.
