Rosalie Gambrah assists with a wide range of issues related to executive compensation and employee benefits. Rosalie advises both public and private companies in such matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and ongoing reporting obligations. Leveraging her experience in regulatory compliance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and her background in legal project management, she combines industry knowledge with a detail-oriented approach to efficiently deliver client solutions.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Rosalie gained invaluable corporate experience at another international law firm, where she worked with both the Corporate & Securities practice group and Legal Project Management team. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was selected as a Business Law Scholar. She complemented this law degree with a master’s in Economic Law, specializing in Global Governance, from Sciences Po in Paris, France. Rosalie brings an international perspective to her practice through her cross-cultural background, multilingual capabilities, and understanding of both U.S. and European business regulatory frameworks.
