He has developed extensive and well-recognised experience in post-M&A disputes, including matters relating to purchase price adjustments, earn-out mechanisms, and breaches of representations and warranties. He works closely with the corporate team throughout SPA negotiations and execution, supporting M&A transactions by helping clients minimise risk while effectively leveraging strategic advantages.

In the wake of regulatory reforms over the past decade, Emanuele has also developed significant expertise in class actions and collective injunctive proceedings, acting for clients in a broad range of disputes involving the financial, technology, and cryptocurrency sectors, as well as in follow-on actions for cartel damages. He is a member of the firm’s Global Steering Committee on Class Actions, where he brings the experience gained from numerous Italian proceedings in which he has assisted clients and contributes to the international development of the practice.
