Benedikt Weiss advises clients on all aspects of EU and German antitrust and competition law.

He advises clients from various sectors on a wide range of antitrust and competition law matters, from cartel investigations to merger control and abuse of dominance cases, as well as antitrust litigation. He also supports clients with all aspects of preventive antitrust compliance.

Benedikt has broad experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, where he regularly advises on strategic alliances and distribution-related antitrust matters (e.g., co-promotion and co-marketing), as well as pricing and market access issues. His practice also covers EU and German antitrust and competition law questions relating to loss of exclusivity (LoE), generic entry and related litigation.

During his legal traineeship, Benedikt worked at Hogan Lovells and at another international law firm, where he focused specifically on EU and German antitrust law matters in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
