Nihad Agadazi assists both international and Luxembourg-based clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. She supports leading corporations, financial institutions, and private equity clients with day-to-day corporate law queries, governance matters, and strategic commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Nihad worked for the law firm of an international audit and consulting firm in Paris, and for a major international law firm in Luxembourg for a couple of years.
